Cancellations

Once an order has been placed it is not eligible to be cancelled nor receive price adjustments.

APPAREL

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift card.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your item(s) to receive a credit in the form of an E-Gift card, please send your item(s) back to our facility in accordance with the following Return Policy:

-Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.

-Customer is responsible for all new shipping charges. Previous shipping charges will not apply to new purchases. 

-Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, and odor.

All accessories, jewelry, hats, sunglasses, and hand bags are non-returnable nor non refundable.
